What does the service fee cover?
- Cleaning products & amenities for the caravan
- Thorough hand over
- Thorough disinfecting of the caravan post & pre-hire
- It does not include emptying and cleaning the toilet
Is there a minimum hire period?
There is a 3 day (not night) minimum hire. During peak holiday periods this may increase without notice.
What sort of Tow Vehicle is required?
The tow capability required varies between all of our caravans. Before making a booking please ensure your vehicle has sufficient tow capability. Required tow capabilities are:
- All the caravans and the Scout – 2.5 tonne
- Tanami X15 Caravan – 3 tonne
Do I need an electric brake controller on my car?
Yes you do, and we can help you out with a portable electric brake controller if your car doesn’t have one fitted.
How long does the handover take?
It can take up to an hour but is often less. We also finish the handovers by going through a checklist to make sure we have covered everything so you can operate the caravan confidently.
Can I opt for a Delivery & Set Up Service?
Yes you can. We can deliver anywhere and for costs please see the pricing lists in caravan listing.
